ProgramsRobert A. Pascal Youth and Family Services, Inc. (RAPYFS), a non profit 501 (c)(3), has provided comprehensive counseling services for more than 35 years. Each year, the agency services approximately 600 families in Anne Arundel County and its surrounding areas. Clients from low-income families who have fewer advantages are given the opportunity to receive mental health and substance abuse treatment. RAPYFS provides individual, family and group counseling to children, adolescents, and adults. Our staff is comprised of counselors (Master's Degree) who address a variety of different issues to many different groups.
