Who We AreRobert A. Pascal (RAPYFS) is a counseling center dedicated to the emotional and mental health of children, adolescents and families in Anne Arundel County and surrounding areas. We provide individual and group counseling services. RAPYFS accepts many insurances including medical assistance and we provide services on a sliding scale or reduced-fee basis when appropriate. RAPYFS is committed to our mission of: promoting optimal social, emotional, and mental health by providing accessible, innovative, and comprehensive individual, family, and group counseling as well as educational services to our diverse communities.
