From a Grateful Mom:

I would like you to know what a lifesaver your center is to me.  I have a beautiful 15 year old daughter who then became an out of control, self-destructive teen.  She was lying to us (parents), cutting class and failing all of her classes at school.  I didn’t know who she was anymore.  Lisa began to cut herself daily.   She didn’t want to live anymore and she jumped out of her second story bedroom window to run away with a boy.  That night my daughter was raped.

We first came to your center in November.  For the first time Lisa spoke about how she was sexually abused as a young child. 

I am delighted to say that her therapist in just five sessions was able to help Lisa see things more clearly.  Lisa is now in a new school doing very good, and on the honor roll.  Lisa does not cut herself anymore.  She has learned in therapy how to deal with her anger in a more positive way.

The therapist has helped to save my precious daughter’s life.  I know we have a long way to go in therapy, but with Robert A. Pascal Youth and Family Services, I know my daughter will be successful in her life.
