Robert A. Pascal Youth and Family Services, Inc. (RAPYFS) is a counseling center dedicated to the emotional and mental health of children, adolescents, adults, and families in Anne Arundel County and surrounding areas. We provide individual, group, couples and family counseling services.  RAPYFS accepts several insurances including Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Medicare. 

RAPYFS is committed to our mission of: promoting optimal social, emotional and mental health by providing accessible, innovative and comprehensive individual, family and group counseling as well as educational services to our diverse communities.
